General

• The Parents or guardians who wish to see the Principal are requested to seek Prior appointment either by letter or on phone.
• A statement of each student’s Progress report will be given to Parents after monthly, term and Annual Examination.
• A student will not be issued the school leaving certificate unless all dues are cleared.

 

The School Magazine

The compilation of the school Magazine. Dishayen is undertaken by the Students themselves under the quidance of the editorial staff.

 

Vacation

School is closed for 40 days during Monsoon, 7 days during festival Diwali and 10 days in winter. No mid term and mid day leave will be granted to any child unless it is an emergency. The leave application should be signed by parents and the Parents are requested to come to collect their wards.

 

Visit by Parents

Parents and authorised visitor are permitted to visit the school every 10th day of month for P.T.M.
The time to meet the principal will be 10:AM to 12:PM during the school hours. In exceptional circumstances, the Principal may allow the Parents and others to be visited any time in school hours. It request must be sent in advance.

 

Contact Details of Parents / Guardian

• All the Parents are requested to give their Present.  Permanent as well as email address at the time of admission.
• In case of any change. It is their responsibility to inform the authorities regarding their new address and contact details.
• The Parents are expected to provide their New telephone and mobile number to the school.
